Very Poor Service

Good Day, I am renting an internet modem from Telkom for many years now. In 2018 I signed a new deal with Telkom and have always paid via EFT. In November 2019, some clown signed a debit order on a Nedbank account. The account is dormant and will return the payments. At the same time I pay the monthly amount due via EFT. In April, my internet connection was cancelled due to the debit order returns and contacting your guys is a nightmare. I will not proceed with my EFT payments anymore till this ******* is sorted. Please wake up and stop making clients angry.
