Very poor service

If you ever need to get a contract rather go somewhere where you will get service after and throughout your contract. Telkom is only there to sell you their product and vanish, they are very bad with queries. They don't answer emails, if you leave a request for a call back you will never get that call back. Their whatsapp portal does not help with anything as well just keeps giving information instead the help you need.
