Very poor service

I took a router contract and it ended in November 2020.i contacted Telkom and request that they cancel the contract, I won't be renewing it. To my surprise they also deactivated /blocked my number and it had deta in it. I only realized late December when I wanted to use it that it wasn't connecting.

I contacted them and the lady who assisted me said she sent an email to the manager to have the number unblocke but till today 2021, I still can't connect.

As far as I know, when a contract is canceled the number gets moved to prepaid automatically but mine was blocked.
