Very poor service

I have a problem with fibre line, spoke to 6 agents, they said they cannot send a tech out. I went to Telkom and they said there is a problem with my line not rooter. I again called Tech support. They said they will send a Tech. On follow up they said that they did not send a Tech. I tried to escalate and their Supervisors were not available and is not calling me back. The fault still remains. It is Vumatel fault. I am changing ISP.
