Very poor service

What kind of service provider is Telkom? The app is not working when you give them a call about it, they send you to these useless stores they also have no clue what to do. On top of that they give us 4 free balance checks for the day what is that? As for me I'm going to port my number to another service provider that knows how to treat their customers with respect and dignity.
