Very POOR SERVICE
<p>Still waiting for Telkom every time it is the same response they just give a reference number and than I wait and wait.No one calls to say come get your new phone and your refund for the 3 months THAT I HAVE PAID.</p>

Hope you all are well,I got the brand new phone on Saturday thank you for sorting my query out on the phone. I'm still waiting for feedback on the billing team for the 3 months that I have paid for, I didn't have use off the for for 3 months I had to put my sim card in to my boyfriend tablet to replay on my emails.
