VERY POOR service

Telkom is the worse network provider ever, I have never received a VERY POOR service in my life like the one I am experiencing with Telkom. I even regret why I took a contract with them. When i started the contract with them I gave them my account number they never debited. I call them and told them thy have not debit to my surprise they have changed my account number to other account which I have never given to them. In December I went in to Telkom Rosebank I asked them to correct the account number and debit the following day they blocked my contract. Today I again I went to Telkom requesting answers as to why my sim has been lock no one at the branch could assist I requested for the statement thy told me I have to pay R202 fee for unpaid debit order of which I have not given them the account they have on the system. they are **** stupid all of them I asked them who changed the banking details they told me thy don’t know. I would never recommend any one to take anything from Telkom. Their service is very poor I have not received any call from them I am still waiting for communication from them. I paid the amount due yet my sim is still blocked my ref is *** can someone can someone ****en do thy job this is bul****. I would never never in my life ingate with Telkom they are a bunch of ASSHOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
