very poor service

<p>My mom sent her Samsung Galaxy S7 in in the last week of November to Shelly Center Telkom as it was freezing, not switching on, no battery life and over heating the device was purchased in April 2017. As per all the paper work the device was only sent in on the 13 December 2017. The phone was collected on the 18 January which was an extreamly long period of time to be with out her phone(she went to the States and did not have a phone of quality to take picture of her grand children). The phone has had to be returned as the repair was not no done to standard and maybe not at all as the phone still hangs and overheats. This type of service is unacceptable.</p> <p>Telkom SA ********** 483</p>
