Very Poor Service

I cancelled my internet with Telkom and even got a reference number. They are still deducting the monthly payment. The message stated that somebody will call me back. It is now 2 weeks later and nobody made an effort to call. I have even locked another concern on their web site and I have send them an email that was given on the website. STILL NO REACTION. Now they probably want to know why I cancelled my internet. Service in all areas are very bad.
