VERY POOR service

<p>As an bussines owner with a service to provide to major insurance companys and a SLA with a 48 hour turn around time Telkom puts us in a very very difficult situation. </p> <p>We have been cpmplaining since September 2016 that our internet almost never works and if it works the speed is very very slow. every time we lodge a complaint we recieve a Ref nr but they never come out to check they just send an SMS stating that the problem is resolved (BY whom no one knows as the problem is still as it was???) </p> <p>Every time it rains we cant use our lines as the noise is unbareable and all they say is they will send someone to check but up to now no service </p> <p>When we want to cancel our contract due to the service we cant get hold of the department that can assist </p> <p>We are losing contracts due to Telkoms POOR sevice and are paying employees that cant work ??????????????? </p> <p>People please stay away from Telkom and use a service provider that can accualy supply a service. </p>
