Very poor service

I am a new business owner in Aspen Village Centre South Of Johannesburg. For the last couple of weeks, for a period of 3 days at a time, our lines have been down, we as a New Salon have lost a tremendous amount of business. I have submitted complaints during this time and still we are without service or even an update on why we are experiencing such poor service. This has gone too far now. Something needs to be done ASAP!!! I understand that a new business will experience teething problems, but this shouldn't be one of them .

This is really unacceptable
