Very poor service
<p>I am paying for an uncapped 4mb/s line and the fastest speed I get is 0.5 mb/s. In other word, I'm getting 1/8 of the the service I'm paying for. Stay far away from Telkom ADSL, or rather ANY Telkom service where possible.</p>

It's been a week now since your response and still nothing has been done about the problem. Tomorrow I'll open a new complaint and will continue to do so weekly until is finally resolved (If the internet and Hellopeter.com still exists by then).
