Very Poor Service
<p>I have logged 4 calls of which all of them have been closed with no solution provided, or my line fixed. Call ***, 113CRK150916, 130CRK260816, and the 4th I do not have records of anymore. Simeon, the technician came to my premises and tested the line and confirmed the problem. They do not listen to the problem and just perform a normal test, and close the calls without calling me first to test. I have communicated multiple times on FB and all I get is the technicians will attend to this matter. They have the audacity to call me for alternative services, and advertise new services, but can't fix current services. I am VERY UNHAPPY!!!</p>
I am now disgusted in your service. Again the call was closed, with no confirmation from my side that it has been solved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have spoken to so many people in Telkom, and every call, I have to explain the problem, and after every call, I get the same message, they will investigate. I have received an SMS now stating the call is closed. THE PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED. I INSIST FOR A SENIOR TECHNICIAN TO COME TO MY PROPERTY AND SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
