Very poor service

After my last review I figured I would give this network a chance which I did. My problem was resolved even though no one called me, texted or emailed to give me feedback regarding the issue I logged. Two months later and I'm back here again trying to get assistance with no help instead, I called and spoke to two agents at the billing department who gave me feedback that contradicted itself. Firstly Telkom over billed me for the month of June then the debit order did not go off in the month of July and instead sent me a bill for the two months I am behind as well as charged me R200 and odd for the reversal I did for the amount they double debited me for in June. The past weekend I receive a sms from my bank with a notice that my account was debited and the debit rejected and behold, Telkom was trying to debit me on the 15th which isn't even the debit date I gave them. The email correspondence I received said they would debit my account on the 26th for my outstanding balance. I spoke to one of their agents on Sunday who was very kind and explained to me that the fault was on theirs and she would refer for urgent assistance which could take up to 72 hours for an agent to contact me. I did not receive such call and so today I decided I would call to follow-up. I spoke to a Brian who basically told me that the only way my issue would be resolved and I would be removed from collections would be to pay what I owe because there is nothing they can do for me. Telkom double debited, charges me for the reversal, sends my account to collections which will affect my credit record and in essence if I want to solve they mess is to pay. I cannot describe enough how livid and disappointed I am with this network. I do not even care about the money I am expected to pay, I am disgusted at the level of poor service and incompetence of some of their agents. If anyone is going to think of joining this network, I am going to tell them it is the worst decision they can make.
