Very poor service

This is now the 3Rd hello Peter complain im writing I still have no service on my telkom line I contact telkom daily. They have yet to contact me or even resolve my fault I have logged 2 formal complaints for dishonestly and lack of service still nothing im so frustrated paying for a service im not recieving all I want is for telkom to contact me and tell me whats going on
