Very Poor Service

We have been experiencing problems with our telephone service for a long time. Tried calling fault report line - we never ever get anyone on the line. The response is always large volume of calls is being experienced, and it is quite obvious why. Reported via sms service. No response. Went to Overport City branch personally and reported. Still no response from Telkom. All we received was a message to rate their assistance. I wonder what it will take to get this Company to come and sort the problem. Service is absolutely pathetic - wish we didn't need them. Life would be so much easier, rather than chasing after these people to do their work.
