Very Poor poor service

I really dont know what to do now I tried several time phoning Finrite Administrators on *** by Lindiwe is not putting my calls thru. I really do understand what going on now I even email my claim on all the following email addresses ***, ***, ***, *** and Now if I post on hellopeter I get the following response only Dear Customer, Thank you for making us aware of your complaint. But no one calls me after.
