Very Poor poor poor Service

For the past four days now I have been trying to port my Vodacom number to Telkom, the service that i got was just horrible firstly the call center agents take too long to answer the phone they put you on hold for about an hour secondly the call center agants themselves are not very helpful its as if they still training but the cherry on top was when i went to both Telkom stores in Eastgate And they told me I have 3 (three) active numbers of which i didn't know of, I was told that porting with telkom takes about 10 (ten) minutes but it took them an hour to try & port my number and still they couldn't help me... very disappointing & very ***********.
