very poor internet speed
<p>On the 6/6/2016 I called in to Telkom to complain about my internet speed I used to get atleast 20mbps download speed now I get 2/3mbps speed I thought it was the router I have a hauwei b315 router but it's not the router its the network.i caller In many times to inform Telkom that my speed is not right I was told that a technician will come out and see what the problem is I am still waiting.i never had a problem with my internet speed all started last month please can some one get back to me or try and sort out the problem.see speed test below.</p>

How long will this problem still take to be fixed?I have not yet been contacted just to tell me that someone is seeing to my query.I never had this problem with Telkom seriously my internet is so slow its not even funny not very happy about that.Please can some one look into this please..
