Very poor customer service from Telkom

App**** for a promotion contract online with Telkom. They deducted a installment for the first month and I only received the phone a month later and on top of it all I didn't receive the full order. The headphones and memory card was not with. I called in and it's another month later and I still haven't heard from them up to date however they now decided to double deduct this month...
