Very poor customer service

<p>I had to stand on the quuee at Telkom Mobile Alberton City for more than 2 hours just to do a simple swap,ppl working in this shop mix ppl who came to do some swap n those who wanna apply for contracts on the same quee.there was noone in the enquiry counter where we should do small things like sim swap.</p>
