VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have a contract withTelkom mobile(which ,thank God is coming to an end).Every time we walked into there office at Woodlands Mall we were received by hostile,*********** Telecom staff.They were unable to help us or just not up to it.I am in the process of cancelling my contract with them.I cannot believe that in today's circumstances you still have business operating with people that is not thankful to be employed as well as being proud on what they are doing.
