Very poo rservice
<p>Telkom, I have been a customer for a long time. The last few months I have had nothing but trouble from you. I just need a line installed. But telkom can only assist me 1 month later. This is not acceptable</p>

Still no feedback. How hard can it be to pick up a phone and speak to a customer. I am impatiantly waiting for feedback. Telkom you are really disapointing me. I use to advise all my friends to support Telkom. But at the moment I feel you are very unprofessional.
