Very pethethic technical sevice

I purchased a mobile wifi modem and i having difficulty connecting.i can never get hold of telkom technical help.i tried calling the whole weekend .i got the telkom app on my phone and i tried chatting to agent but she cancelled my session before i could tell her the problem.i am disappointed in telkom service.i can sit on the phone for 30 minutes at a time and not get through.
