Very noisy Landline

Hi why is it that Telkom is cutting staff so badly to save cost and after that was done service went down the drain, by doing this they are going to lose all there customers, tell me why is it so hard to come out to my premises and fix my landline which is noisy for the past 6 months, and when going into the store they tell me I must phone the call center and when calling the call center there is no answer I call and hold on for more then an hour at a time then rather give up and drop the line please, please, please, just send someone out to come and sort out my noisy line because when people phone me I can hear anything what's going on with Telkom these days, such a simple problem that cannot be sorted
