Very much DISAPPOINTED😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡

I'm honestly sick and tired of this network and contract I have with them. First it was with the in store consultant and then the way they have been billing me.

I'm always charged for their ignorance in going through my account. Of only they could take time and check thoroughly before they start adding charges on one's account.

Can someone from Telkom call me back to arrange for me to return all the devices I took charge me for cancelation and just cut ties with them cause I've had enough stress from them. When you call the call center seems like the consultants don't know what they doing, one just went mute on me while on the call won't mention his name but I have it written down.

Telkom you better fix this if you want to get and keep customers and keep them satisfied with your services.
