Very misleading!!!

I app**** for a unlimited package from telkom, their agent called me and took down my details, confirmed everything, asked me to hold on while she checked if I'm approved, she told me I have been approved, she said her system froze and she will call me back to read the terms and conditions, which she fid, I was told about delivery and banking details were taken the works... After she hangs up I get an sms few mins later saying my application was declined... I have heard nothing since then.
