Very disappointed in the service of Telkom. I've canceled my line and still waiting for them to refund me my deposit. Since 11 November I've been struggling to receive my deposit refund. First they say it would take 3-5 working days, then again 10 working days and now it's been 14days already! The consultants at the call centre is of no help. They are requesting my bank statements now imagine.. Can they not see if a payment was done???? Please quys never ever sign up anything with Telkom, you will struggle to get your money refunded... Stay away from there services😡😡😡
