Very Helpful and Friendly

I ordered my phone online from Telkom Mobile website. There was a small problem with delivery guys. After seeing that i was not getting my device on time i expected it, i went back to Telkom mobile website, i sent them my numbers so that they can call me back. I lady by the name of Nozuko Mrali called me back, she was so friendly and very helpful, she apologized and explained to me what was the problem. She helped to resolve the problem with delivery guys and before the end of the 2nd day i was receiving my device. Nozuko was calling me almost every time keeping me updated. She went extra mile and make sure that the sim-card is registered with RICA. Now my device is fully working and all thanks to you Nozuko. Keep up the good work.
