i will like to compliment, firstly Mma Setwaba from Polokwane, Mall of the North . its been a great pleasure for me, to have her assists me. she had assisted me before in the Savannah Mall Branch, until it was closed. <br> <br> <br> i have experienced the worst & best service. if i were to rate her i will give 10 over 10, 10 being the highest. <br> <br> Take it from me that she is the best,as it takes a lot out of me to give compliments & take my time to actually write a compliment.<br> <br> I have seen it 1st hand with Telkom -Mall of the North move from being the worst to the best. Each & every employee in there treats customer very well. the improvement is remakable<br> <br> and also im sending by greatest compliments, to the employee(| sorry, i didn't get his name) who is dealing with my complaint i made to NCC. your speedy response and how you went all on your way to have this resolved.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
