Very good Service

Hi There

I had a very bad experience on Friday with Telkom. A lady by the name of Portia Tsotetsi from Retentions department assisted me very well. Even went the extra mile to contact me back when my airtime ran out. I never give a compliment, but she deserve this, if it wasn't for her then I wouldn't be able to work today.
