Very Frustrated with Telkom

Our contract with Tekom was cancelled in Oct 2022 but since then we have been receiving monthly invoice and direct debits go our account every month for these invoices. I have followed up with Telkom every month but nothing has been done. And no one replies to my emails. They are basically taking money from our account for a service they are not providing.
