VERY frustrated and Disappointed loyal customer

<p>Telkom has blocked my account/phone saying i did not pay, when the amount was DEBITED as per every month end for the past 2years! I have been paying on time without a problem and all of a sudden 2 weeks ago they block my phone false claiming an unpaid account! Every second day i call and i get stories after stories but no one can explain How it's blocked with my bank statement reflecting money taken! people I kknow say Telkom service can be very por! and i should switch over!</p> <p> </p> <p>what *******!!! </p>
