Very dissatisfied of telkom

I've put R170. 00 airtime on my phone the 25 of September 2019. Wanted to buy that monice data 5 gig for R165. 00 telkom took my money but didn't put my data on my phone. Now the storie goes like this I've bought my sim card from a shop we're the guy buy sim cards and resell it on costumers. Now when I phone telkom they don't want to help me because I must get the guy who rica the sim on his name the problem is we're can i find the guy to do it so they tell me their still busy with investigating the situation first they told me it wil be 72 hour now its 6 days later and they didn't contact me yet I have a case number everything but no luck they just don't give my data or my airtime back.
