Very dissatisfied customer telkom

Iso about 3 month ago my husband were called by none of the consultant who advised him he qualify for a phone on contract. Make a vivo. Pulled worked perfectly for a month the just suddenly went totally off he tried to charge but nothing happen. He went into one od the branches who advised they currently offline and cannot assist.
