Very Dissapointed with Telkom and I feel they are a ****

I Insured my phone for R20 000 in 2022 and now I am laying a claim because I lost my phone. firstly it's been a week using a borrowed phone because and now the claim is approved and guess what? they wanna give me the same phone I bought in 2022 which costs far less that what I Insured for and also had to pay a R3000 excess which is not a problem if i'm getting a phone worth R20 000 but nope the phone is worth way less.
