Very disppointed in Telkom

Why does telkom sell black Friday data bundles when it does not work, I phoned 2x to sort this out, each time they tell you you must wait 72 hours, it like maybe wait 72 days. Please telkom sort out your problem. You also just close calls logged and they not sorted out.
