Very disgusted with telkom

Hi my name is shezere i am very upset about the service that i have received today with telkom i was called last night from one of there sales consultants who was very professional and sold me a phone contract and and a simcard for telkom and i must say i gave my details without thinking clearly about taking the phone and simcard now when i called in the morning to cancel the contracts i have been send from one exstantion to another dail 081180 dail 10213 dail 10210 choose option 1 amd 2 and 2 everytime i got through to a sales consultant i just want to cancel the contracts before it gets delivered i will not pay a cent for it this is bad service and i am not happy at all.
