Very Disappointing Service.

"Telkom Rosebank Mall" Good & affordable packages on hands sets and data deals but terrible service is a big let down. I made arrangements to cancel my month to month 20G data contract effective end of September but to my surprise I received a invoice for the month of October which I didn't expect since I had already cancelled this contract. How do you bill me for data I did not receive & have not used surely that is **********. I went to the store to try and arrange for a refund but I get bounced back & forth between billing department & the retail outlet blaming each other for the error. I tried to escalate the matter to the manager at the retail outlet "Telkom Rosebank Mall" but she is useless and not helpful at all. The manager from billing department as well did not even bother to call me. This is so frustrating that I have even decided to not upgrade my two cellphones contracts which were due for upgrade this month of December 2020. I am very disappointed with the service from Both the Telkom retail outlet & the billing department.
