Very disappointing service

<p>I app**** online for a cellphone and haven't received any feedback after calling the call centre number several times, I have never seen a call centre where one holds for over 45minutes, this is so pathetic. And we decide to go to the Telkom at Main Street and we stood there for 30min with no assistance, when finally approaching one of the consultants they make us dial the call centre again, held for 30minutes again. Left the centre again with no assistance cause we were exhausted from listening to the call centre music.</p> <p>Why create online services and they make no difference? The consultant working at Telkom represent Telkom so clearly this was a poor representation just like the poor service.</p> <p>Hopefully some day someone will decide to call me or maybe I should just purchase the device somewhere else cause clearly Telkom doesn't value customer service.</p>
