VERY DISAPPOINTING

*********** people work at this company.. my mother is 80 years old.. almost 2 months ago she was called by telkom saying that she needs to change her landline device to a wireless one, they called her every second day, her landline was on my fathers name which passed away so we went to Telkom Greenstone to do a change of ownership and update all her details in the system which they didnt do after we were there for an hour, so we went back again the following week and had to do the whole thing all over again. Her phone has been suspended for a month now and at her age she NEEDS a phone at home. I phoned Telkom technical department to ask when will she get this device? the lady told me from 5 to 7 working days, now she gets a call this morning at 10.00 am saying they will deliver her device to 44 Clark street and I dont know where they got this address.... she told the courier guy her correct address and still hasent been there, I then phoned the Technical department again on ********** 263 today 26 Feb at 12.00 and this person tells me that he needs to place another order which will take 3 to 4 weeks. How can you place another order when it was done already but because for some useless person that does not put the correct details in the system we have to suffer.
