Very disappointed with you Telkom!

I don't even want to give a 1 star as they Telkom do not deserve even that. Service at Telkom is really is so ridiculously BAD - I have now been waiting for 5 days to get my wifi/fibre sorted. It has cost me about R500 in voice calls to some or other call center who clearly has no capabilities to assist in any way or form - they can only ask you the same 5 questions over and over. They lie about statuses and about the escalation of the ticket. Seems they have no knowledge about anything and are just a wall between the customer and the technicians. I am truly so dissatisfied with this and cannot believe I have to use this service until the end of the contract if clearly, Telkom is outside of any form of SLA to Customer!!!! And if they do not have an answer they simply cut you off....................but they will take the fees from account 100% exact knowingly that their service is non-existant! Very disappointed with you Telkom!
