Very disappointed with Telkom

I've been a customer for Telkom for about 10 years but now I'm very disappointed with the service I received. I asked Telkom to link my 2 accounts with them and they failed to do that always when I call them someone will give an excuse. It happens that they tried to debit my account but there were no funds and they penalized for 2 accounts which I asked them to link and my bank charges me again for 2 accounts. Yesterday Telkom debited my bank account twice and the funds they debited I never signed up for. This is not what I was expecting from a company like Telkom. 😢😥👎🏼
