Very disappointed with Telkom

I am very disappointed with the treatment I am getting from Telkom. I have ordered an iPad through the call centre and it was delivered on 27 June 2019. The tracking number was THD***9. On 04 July 2019 I received another delivery of a similar iPad which I didn’t order. The tracking number was THD***5. I told the delivery guy that I received my iPad a week earlier and he insisted that I should take that iPad as well as I am the correct person it has been addressed to and that their company policy doesn’t allow them to return the parcels correctly delivered. On 15 July 2019 I called the call centre and spoke to Busisiwe. I explained all of the above to her and told me that she is busy drafting an email as we were talking to request for the second iPad contract to be cancelled. On 18 July 2019 I received a call from someone confirmation my address so they can come collect the iPad and haven’t heard anything since. I followed up with Busisiwe on 5 August 2019 as per the mail below and haven’t received any response from her unless if maybe she gave me a wrong email address. The second iPad was eventually collected on 4 September 2019 but Telkom has been billing me for it since. The following deductions were made related to *** August statement – R 788.42 September statement – R 399.00 October statement – R 399.00 November statement – R 399.00 December statement – R 399.00 These amounts to R2 384.42 which should be refunded to me. On January 2020 statement I have been billed a further R 399.00 and R1 099.99 related to no *** a multi-sim which I have since reported as been lost. My account has now been suspended since 8 March 2020 because I refuse to pay until my queries are resolved. Telkom decided to suspend my account instead of attending to my queries which I raised in July 2019. I have been sending Busisiwe Mvumvu emails and even chatting to Telkom on twitter but still not resolved. Please assist.
