Very disappointed with false promises

Highly disappointed with service received from telkom. I logged a call 3weeks ago to transfer my services to a new address. I received a message stating that it had a 48 hour turn around for a response, needless to say I did not get any response, I call the call center and after holding on for literally more than 30 minutes , was told that the initial call logged was canceled. Canceled by whom I wonder, was then told that a new call was opened and that my request would be done by Thursday the 7th of feb , this was not done , I now call again to ask what has transpired and a new date is being proposed.

Highly frustrated as I keep getting promises that are not fulfilled and will definitely be canceling my services
