Very disappointed in Telkom Parow centre

<p>Good day </p> <p>Today again on the 20/02/2017 the manager of telkom tells me they can not book the fauly Huawei P8 lite because the sistem is updating.l can not come every time to the store after work or my time away from my family for poor service. Every time or months I come back they give me a faulty REPLACEMENT phone that is NO USE.I don't want a replacement Huawei P8 lite.im paying for a phone that is not working properly.It is frastrating to come every time.Give me a brand new phone that is the same price of the Huawei P8 lite just a better phone coz I'm paying on time buy debit order every month.</p> <p>UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
