Very disappointed in Telkom

Hi I'm very disappointed in Telkom customer service they told me the technican will cum on the 20th but there was still nothing we called yesterday they told the same thing today I've been calling same thing this is not excepted as they didn't not inform me there is a Shortness of technicians why do they book people when they are overloaded with work I will not expecte it as I will be taking this up I'm very disappointed in Telkom
