Very disappointed and unsatisfied

I will never recommend telkom to anybody my phone was off for 15 days I spoke to many call centre agents non of them could resolve my matter agent after agent they useless and a wast of time I went through so much effort and they never got back to me or apologize for everything they’ve put me through I’m a 60year old these kids take me for a joke they should at least get back to me and compensate me for my efforts.fools
