Very Disappointed

I recently decided to take a mobile contract with Telkom. A agent called me and did everything online i was advised that my first debt will run on the 01/06/2019 to which i was happy but however i confirmed with the agent if telkom does not charge a once of sim activation fee to advised no they do not. 3 days later receive an sms to advise that telkom is debiting my account. I immediately called the call center no one was able to assist me i must have spent over half an hour until an agent gave me another number to call, by this point i was so irritated that i told the agent to cancel the contract to which he advise as been done and he provided me with a reference number. To date these guys are still trying to debit me there call center agents are not helpful at all they are always offline and what is worst there is no team leader whom you can speak to. There agent sold me the contract under false pretense and i dont understand why they will want to bill me for full in the middle of the month and i am not even in position of the phone. i am so disappointed with the service received and lies told by the agent that i will never use there service ever again and i will make sure i inform all my clients as to what happen as we cant be mislead by sales people.
