Very bad Telkom experience

Cell direct marketing treat you like *********. They know that there is nothing you can do. They can lie, cheat and **** as much as they like because they will get away with it. I got a contract through them. First lie was that they told me they were Telkom. I refused the contract the same day I received as it was *******. Af ter 2 years I'm still waiting for them to pick up the item stil in the box an now Telkom readflaged me because of non payment. Telkom don't care and are aware of this but they make enough money to turn the blind eye. I phone Telkom almost 3 times a week. Pathetic help emptying promises. They want to frustrate you in shush a way that you just pay to keep you name cleare. This is unfair. Why should you pay for something bad that they do just not to be penalized.
